The figure is the plat's LIFETIME closed sales from public.subdivision_plat_closed_mv, attributed two ways and unioned over distinct listing: every closed listing in listing_tile_mv whose point falls inside the recorded polygon, plus every closed listing recorded under that plat's own name. Both are needed — a sub-plat's homes are listed under the resort's name and never its own, while a coarse builder geocode can put a correctly-named sale outside its own lines. Every property type, no date filter. This is the same read that decides whether the plat's page is indexable (floor: 10 lifetime sales), so the figure here and the robots tag there can never disagree. A plat drawn on the map above but below that floor still has a page and still appears here; it prints no figure rather than one measured a different way.
